2. What Data We Collect
Discord User IDs
Used to identify users for warnings, verification records, and ticket history.
Discord Server IDs
Used to store per-server configuration such as mod roles, log channels, and ticket categories.
Moderation Records
Warnings, bans, kicks, and timeouts are logged to allow moderators to review member history.
Ticket Records
Ticket channel IDs, the user who opened the ticket, and ticket status are stored.
Contact Form Submissions
Name, email address, subject, and message body when you submit the contact form.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and operate the Fearnaught bot and website, allow moderators to manage their communities, respond to contact form enquiries, and display aggregate usage statistics. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Contact form notifications may be sent via Discord webhooks.
5. Data Retention
Moderation records and warning logs are retained for as long as the bot is active in a server. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Contact us at support@fearnaughtdevelopment.co.uk with your Discord User ID.
7. Cookies
The website uses a session cookie strictly for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
8. Children’s Privacy
Fearnaught is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure secret management via Cloudflare Workers secrets.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
